Earth Inn Motel - Jackson Rooms

Nice place to stay, easy to find and lots of parking, place is clean and updated. But it’s still the motel that has been there for years, your boots will let people know you are coming down the hall. But over all it was a good night.

I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING I ARRIVED AT 3PM THE LADY AT THE DESK SAID I DIDN'T HAVE A BOOKING I TOLD HER I HAVE A CONFIMTION FROM 5TH JULY WITH BOOKING.COM WHICH I SHOWED HER SHE SAID THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING. I AM ALONG TIME CUSTOMER OF BOOKING.COM & I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY. I ASKED WHAT SHE CAN DO & SHE TOLD ME POINT BLANK THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO AS THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED, SHE SUGESTED THAT I TRY ECONOLODGE ACROSS THE HIGHWAY. I DID & THEY WERE BOOKED OUT AS THE JACKSON NATIONAL I KNEW THIS BECAUSE THIS IS WHY I BOOKED WITH YOU 7WEEKS BEFORE THE WERE NO VACANCY IN ANY HOTEL. I WENT TO BOOKINGS.COM & FOUND A VACANCY AT THE TRAVELODGE SPIRIT LAKE SOME 25 MILES AWAY MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER 3892.719.346 PIN2437 I CANCELLED THE EARTH INN WHICH DIDN'T NEED TO DO AS THEY TOLD ME ON ARRIVAL, I HAD NO BOOKING WHY WOULD I BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL THE SAME DATES AS THIS DUMP AT 5PM ON THE17TH AUG????????????. THERE IS NO WAY I WILL BE PAYING ANY CANCELATION FEE. I CALLED INTO THE HOTEL ON SATURDAY WHEN I RECEIVED MESSAGE SAYING THAT THE CANCELATION FEE CAN NOT BE WAIVED. THE OFFICE WOMAN SAID THE HOTEL HADN'T CHARGED ME. IF MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED, I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION.

No one was there to let us in!!!!!!!

There could be a breakfast instead of just coffee but it was all right.

Nothing. I couldnt stay there because they dont do online reservations.

Very friendly staff. Doreen was really sweet! Helpful, cute and reliable. Motel in an oldfashioned style, but in a good way. Everything was there, clean, easy and affordable.

Unique character and very clean.

When I stepped into my room, I was surprised that it did not look anything like your standard run of the mill motel. It had a flair that made it stand out. the theme of the room was unique in a way that to me made my day feel so much more relaxed.

It feels like staying in your grandmas basement- I mean this in a good way

Vintage decor, Room was very clean.

There was no breakfast included. The floor felt like it was going to sink into the foundation.

It was quiet. wifi was available (didn't use) was affordable for the kind of room it was.

At first glance, the Earth Inn Motel may seem a bit odd, but the staff are nice, and the environment is unique.

Manager very sweet fun and very helpful lady would go there again and think she deserves a raise she deals with a lot and is still very business like and respectful.

The motel was was clean and the price was right. Staff was friendly. The decor is fun.

There was a restaurant next door where I ate my breakfast.

Clean and not overly expensive.

It was easy to check in and I was offered my choice of rooms with either a firm or pillow top mattress.
